Independent notaries on the platform may also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), enabling customers to connect with a commissioned notary online when an in-person meeting is not practical.

These integrations reduce manual data entry and allow for seamless request submission from title production software into your Signature Signings dashboard. Documents can be securely shared between parties without the need for uploading or emailing. The integration also allows title agents and escrow officers to share coordination notes and status updates within their production software.
ONLINE REQUEST MANAGEMENT
With Signature Signings’ easy-to-use online platform, you can submit notarization requests and manage coordination details in one place.
The platform may provide automated coordination updates when an independent notary responds to a request, confirms availability, accesses shared documents, and reports completion milestones. Documents can be securely exchanged through the platform, and status notifications may include delivery details when provided by the independent notary or courier service.
