CONGRATULATIONS! You are now officially a "Signature Signer"!

Shortly, we will be emailing you the approval paperwork needed to perform signings under our nationwide signing service with ALL of our Title and Escrow partners including but not limited to our Fidelity partners.

Upon receipt of your ONE TIME $25 application fee, you will receive a link to create an online account on our orders platform so that we may send you signing opportunities in your area when they come through our website. In addition, you will FOREVER be automatically put at the TOP of our list for any signings within a 25-mile radius of your geographic location and will be amongst the FIRST to receive text messages offering you the most recently placed signing opportunities.

In order to get your signing order account approved, you will need to upload your notary commission, surety bond, E&O insurance, and a W-9 for your account to be validated.

When you receive the email with the Fidelity approval application to get approved to work with our Fidelity partners. Please make sure you complete this document in its entirety. Especially make sure you don’t miss filling in the initials at the bottom right corners of pages 6 & 8. Upon completion, email the 14-page document back to
